Terms of service
The agreement that governs your use of Go Insights. Please read these terms carefully, by using the service you accept them.

The service
Go Insights is a data aggregation and visualisation platform that connects to your analytics, advertising, and revenue data sources, and delivers monitoring signals via Slack, email, and the web app. After any trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription, which auto-renews unless cancelled.
Fair use
Standard accounts include up to 10 scheduled reports per team and unlimited alerts capped at 50 per connection. Accounts handling more than 2 million monthly visitors are classified as enterprise and require a separate agreement.
Slack
Go Insights integrates with Slack via its public API. Slack Technologies Inc. is an entirely separate entity, they don't operate, support, or endorse Go Insights, and we don't operate or support theirs.
Account creation and use
You must be at least 18 (or 13+ with parental consent) to create a Go Insights account. By connecting an account, you authorise Go Insights to access and process the relevant data on your behalf. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Intellectual property
Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service for your own internal purposes. Go Insights and its trademarks, source code, and branding remain our property, nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Aggregated data
Go Insights may anonymise and aggregate customer data, stripping all identifying details, and use the resulting "Aggregated Data" to improve the service, build benchmarks, and inform product decisions. Aggregated Data is owned by Go Insights and may be shared or sublicensed.
Third-party sites
Go Insights may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control or endorse those sites, and we're not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or actions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the service or email. Continued use of Go Insights after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Termination
You can cancel your Go Insights account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk. On termination, all rights granted to you under these terms cease.
Disclaimer of warranties
Go Insights is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the data shown will be complete or accurate at all times.
Enterprise accounts
Enterprise accounts (handling over 2 million monthly visitors, or with bespoke needs) are negotiated individually under a signed contract. Pricing starts at $1,000/month, billed annually. Contact us to discuss.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Insights is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss, arising from your use of the service.
Your representations
By using Go Insights, you confirm that you'll comply with these terms and all applicable laws, that any information you provide is accurate, and that you won't use the service for any unlawful, malicious, or infringing purpose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Go Insights harmless from any third-party claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
Miscellaneous
These terms form the entire agreement between you and Go Insights regarding the service. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
